This is a great spot for anyone going to or through the riverside park!

Vinegar Hill lacks sufficient bike racks. Racks are often full and one has to travel far if this happens

York Ave - East 70 St - East 71 St

Need more CitiBikes here for hospital essential workers on E 70th St & York Ave, especially in the afternoons and ESPECIALLY on a Saturday afternoon when I have often been unable to find an available bike after work even at other nearby stations that were also empty.

As a local resident in the PABT area, finding bike availability in the morning is challenging.

It would make sense to use some of the parking spaces here to put in a dock, similar to other spots along 8th Ave's protected bike lane. 59th St/Columbus Circle is a major subway stop with fairly poor CitiBike coverage nearby.

Most bikes stations around 70th are empty at rush hour. Would be helpful to have another station to deal with the 72nd St. overflow into the 70th-65th stations.

9 Ave - West 38 St - West 39 St - Manhattan

With the removal of the station at 9th ave and 39th st, there are zero stations for a 17 BLOCK STRETCH on 9th ave (from 45th St to 28th st). I think there was also a station on 9th at 36th? I recall the station at 39th was always full at the evening rush so it was definitely being used. The area was cramped because of cars going to NJ so maybe it was removed but there should be at least 1 station between 34th st and 42nd along 9th ave. And given that DOT is revamping bike lanes along 38th and 39th, that would be a perfect time to put a station back in that vicinity on 9th ave.

Grand St - Samuel Dickstein Plaza - Bialystoker Pl

Essex Crossing has increased the number of people living and shopping in the area and using bikes. After 8am there are no bikes available and no docks available after 7pm at Clinton St and Grand, Broome and Norfolk, Delancey and Pitt, Grand and Madison, Essex and East Broadway or at Cherry and East River. There is space at this intersection for bike racks already now that East Broadway has been redesigned to be a one way street.
