Northern Boulevard - 41 Ave - 40 Rd

There is a major need for more capacity in this area. There are several new residential buildings here, the one directly adjacent to this location has over 900 units. I would estimate that there are about 2.5k units of housing within a 5 minute walk of this location. Additionally, there are two hotels and one hostel a block away, it is directly to the E, M R subway station, and a protected bike lane that serves Northern Blvd, and the Queens Borough Bridge. There is also ample sidewalk space. Additionally, docks in this area are constantly low on bikes.

West 31 St - Lincoln Tunnel Approach - 10 Ave

Station would serve high traffic locations like the Mall, Mercado, The Edge, and the Whole Foods above it. The street is a relatively low traffic street that does not have much parking. The station would likely see high utilization
