Hey there, I just found your site, quick question… My name’s Eric, I found nycdotprojects.info after doing a quick search – you showed up near the top of the rankings, so whatever you’re doing for SEO, looks like it’s working well. So here’s my question – what happens AFTER someone lands on your site? Anything? Research tells us at least 70% of the people who find your site, after a quick once-over, they disappear… forever. That means that all the work and effort you put into getting them to show up, goes down the tubes. Why would you want all that good work – and the great site you’ve built – go to waste? Because the odds are they’ll just skip over calling or even grabbing their phone, leaving you high and dry. But here’s a thought… what if you could make it super-simple for someone to raise their hand, say, “okay, let’s talk” without requiring them to even pull their cell phone from their pocket? You can – thanks to revolutionary new software that can literally make that first call happen NOW. Talk With Web Visitor is a software widget that sits on your site, ready and waiting to capture any visitor’s Name, Email address and Phone Number. It lets you know IMMEDIATELY – so that you can talk to that lead while they’re still there at your site. You know, strike when the iron’s hot! CLICK HERE http://talkwithcustomer.com to try out a Live Demo with Talk With Web Visitor now to see exactly how it works. When targeting leads, you HAVE to act fast – the difference between contacting someone within 5 minutes versus 30 minutes later is huge – like 100 times better! That’s why you should check out our new SMS Text With Lead feature as well… once you’ve captured the phone number of the website visitor, you can automatically kick off a text message (SMS) conversation with them. Imagine how powerful this could be – even if they don’t take you up on your offer immediately, you can stay in touch with them using text messages to make new offers, provide links to great content, and build your credibility. Just this alone could be a game changer to make your website even more effective. Strike when the iron’s hot! CLICK HERE http://talkwithcustomer.com to learn more about everything Talk With Web Visitor can do for your business – you’ll be amazed. Thanks and keep up the great work! Eric PS: Talk With Web Visitor offers a FREE 14 days trial – you could be converting up to 100x more leads immediately! It even includes International Long Distance Calling. Stop wasting money chasing eyeballs that don’t turn into paying customers. CLICK HERE http://talkwithcustomer.com to try Talk With Web Visitor now. Dear you, Times are bad and many are suffering. This is a time when many are seeking solace and inner peace. While we cannot change much of what is going on around us, we can calibrate our inner self. I personally found Buddhism (a way of life) to be really beneficial. Do take some time off to explore Buddhism in the short videos below (including a Mantra that really sooths our soul). Buddhism As a Way of Life - From Dough https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbngKOUgCDY My Path To Becoming A Buddhist - From Emma Slade https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnJIjEAE41w If you are curious about the "Mantra Of Great Compassion" as mentioned in the videos above, you can listen to it here and calm your soul. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=72luMobA_vI Buddhism is more of a way of life than a religion. It doesnt matter what your background is, we believe everyone can incorporate Buddhism into one's daily life. Hi, Eric here with a quick thought about your website nycdotprojects.info... I’m on the internet a lot and I look at a lot of business websites. Like yours, many of them have great content. But all too often, they come up short when it comes to engaging and connecting with anyone who visits. I get it – it’s hard. Studies show 7 out of 10 people who land on a site, abandon it in moments without leaving even a trace. You got the eyeball, but nothing else. Here’s a solution for you… Talk With Web Visitor is a software widget that’s works on your site, ready to capture any visitor’s Name, Email address and Phone Number. You’ll know immediately they’re interested and you can call them directly to talk with them literally while they’re still on the web looking at your site. CLICK HERE http://talkwithcustomer.com to try out a Live Demo with Talk With Web Visitor now to see exactly how it works. It could be huge for your business – and because you’ve got that phone number, with our new SMS Text With Lead feature, you can automatically start a text (SMS) conversation – immediately… and contacting someone in that 5 minute window is 100 times more powerful than reaching out 30 minutes or more later. Plus, with text messaging you can follow up later with new offers, content links, even just follow up notes to keep the conversation going. Everything I’ve just described is extremely simple to implement, cost-effective, and profitable. CLICK HERE http://talkwithcustomer.com to discover what Talk With Web Visitor can do for your business. You could be converting up to 100X more eyeballs into leads today! Eric PS: Talk With Web Visitor offers a FREE 14 days trial – and it even includes International Long Distance Calling. You have customers waiting to talk with you right now… don’t keep them waiting. There is a long stretch of the Hudson Greenway from 40th to Houston St where there are no docks along the water. Because of that, when you finally come upon a dock further downtown, there are usually full and you need to go even farther away. The Hudson Greenway is the one place in the city (with Citi Bike access) that you can truly ride casually without constant fear of cars. There should really be more docks so people can stop and go along the way.

Gd'Day Mate! Firstly we are not selling anything. Unless you have been living off the grid with no internet, the mainstream media has been reporting news on bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Tesla buys $1.5 billion in bitcoin, plans to accept it as payment https://www.cnbc.com/2021/02/08/tesla-buys-1point5-billion-in-bitcoin.html Weeks After $1B Bitcoin Purchase, MicroStrategy Buys Another $15M Worth Of Cryptocurrency https://finance.yahoo.com/news/weeks-1b-bitcoin-purchase-microstrategy-163558608.html If you are new to cryptocurrencies, our tip for you is NOT to buy Bitcoin now. There are literally thousands of cryptocurrencies, as with all things in life, some are gems (with potential to x10 or x100) and most are garbage which eventually will go to zero. Bitcoin is the KING coin in the crypto world, all other crypto currencies are collectively known as altcoins. What is altcoin season While everyone has been focusin on Bitcoin, there is a term "Altcoin Season" when the prices of good altcoins can go up times 10 or even x 100 in a crazy rally. This is mainly due to speculators who have made crazy gains from Bitcoins to smaller cap coins in order to chase gains. You can literally turn $1000 into $10,000 or even $100,000 in an altcoin season (which seems to be happening now). After an altcoin rally which usually lasts 50 to 60 days, prices will crash hard (what goes up in a parabolic move must come down always). And if you can turn $1000, into $10,000 during this altcoin rally which is happening soon, we advise you to rotate your profits into bitcoin (King coin) as Bitcoin becomes relatively "cheap" compared to altcoins until Nov this year. You can likely turn $10,000 into $10000 in the next bitcoin run up until Nov 2021 (a repeat of what Bitcoin and the market did in the last bull run in 2017). History does not repeat exactly but history certainly rythmes! And you have another chance to turn $10,000 into $1000,000 (thats 1 million) in the last leg of the altcoin rally which is likely to happen at the end of this year. We understand there is no fundamentals to cryptos and this is a high risk game. But with the Federal Reserve holding down interest rates and printing more currencies (with the central banks around the world), the risk-reward for entering the crypto markets is simply too good. Altcoins we recommend: Zilliqa coin (ZIL) which you can buy in Binance (here -> http://bit.ly/2L6ZySg) ZIL coin is a project from Singapore, a country that is politically stable and widely known as a city that embraces Cryptocurrenies. The Central bank of Singapore has launched the Singapore Dollar as a crypto stable coin in Zilliaq blockchain. https://www.mas.gov.sg/-/media/MAS/ProjectUbin/Project-Ubin-DvP-on-Distributed-Ledger-Technologies.pdf?la=en&hash=2ADD9093B64A819FCC78D94E68FA008A6CD724FF We believe you cannot go too wrong when you follow what the government of Singapore is pursuing. ZIL is currently trading around USD$0.20. You can buy ZIL coin in Binance, the world's biggest crypto currency exchange here: http://bit.ly/2L6ZySg If you are interested to get involved with cryptos and consider joining this action, you can buy cryptos below: Get started at the world's biggest and most established crypto exchange Binance at the link below: http://bit.ly/2L6ZySg

It is extremely frustrating that bike share does not extend further down Rogers Avenue and the entire Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood. We should be making as many connections to Prospect Park as possible. We should also enable resilience in the transportation network by making it easy to get between the 2/5 on Nostrand Avenue and the B/Q by Flatbush Avenue.

There is a "dearth valley" here, aka, often an empty dock. Could really use more docks here or a few more docks close by. E.g. West 103rd St. is being closed to car traffic and nicknamed Humphrey Bogart Way between Broadway and West End. That would be a great place to put another dock. So would West 97th between Broadway and West End where one lane is already crosshatched against car traffic. Or West 96th on either side of Broadway where there is plenty of room. On 102nd just east of Amsterdam there is a cul de sac which is practically begging for a dock. There are also several places in the middle of West End in between turning lanes which might work nicely. Thank you.

There is definitely demand just from people meeting in the park for picnics, sports games, and whatnot. Lots of people bring their own bikes into the park, but those who use Citibike have to dock outside the park and walk a fair amount. It would be worse in the coming months since there are more buildings under construction. There is a bike lane in Dekalb Av which was to Downtown Brooklyn and it would be really helpful to have additional bikes in the area

Add near the dorms, whole food, and apartment complex that is there! So difficult to always be in competition with everyone from 8th ave or 10th ave in the mornings. Not to mention having to park in those areas late at night and walk to this area. 8th ave already has the subway and two other stations nearby. Let’s show 9th ave some much needed love with a long line of stations like seen between 10th and 11th. Thanks!

This is a very quiet one-way road with AMPLE space for a bike station. Maybe not as convenient as dearly missed station on the corner of 39th st/2nd ave but it would be a great hub for bikers coming down the cycling lane on 2nd, coming down the cycling lane on 40th street, coming up the cycling lane on 39th street and those currently parking on 1st avenue between 38th and 39th if they need to go to 2nd avenue. After removing two bike stations on 39th street crossing 2nd and 3rd avenues, this area has no biking stations at all.

Please expand further east on eastern parkway... it's along a major train with main stops route that can be served well with more bike shares... you get of the train and ride further to where you need to go as an alternate to waiting for a bus . And it would also mean bringing a station one stop closer to home...

A station at 35th Ave and Northern Blvd would be helpful. There is a big area on the street between Northern Blvd and 43rd Street where a station could go - either on the sidewalk or in the street. I'm not sure if the border can be expanded - it would be really helpful to be able to ride/dock bikes further east, past 44th Street.

Would be great to have more Citi Bike stations around this Kips Bay area. 2-3 stations have recently (within the past couple of months) been closed down due to renovation or something, so when I bike to work I really only have 2 stations to choose from. The morning valet system is great at 27th and 1st for parking before work, but sometimes picking up a bike after work is a tad cumbersome. This is because both nearby stations are empty and I have to walk 10ish min to the nearest functional Citi Bike station, which isn't the biggest deal and not a large issue in the grand scheme of things, but if we could feasibly make things more convenient for the hundreds (or more) of healthcare/research/medical-related workers nearby, that'd be swell. Thank you for hearing me out.

The Citibike stations around Madison Square Park will need capacity monitoring as offices return to normal capacity. These stations were frequently over and under capacity (filled in the morning and empty in the evening). There is a bike valet a few blocks south but with very large office buildings and plenty of tourist attractions in the area adding bike share capacity or valet services would be helpful.

This block area would be a great location for additional Citibike capacity. There is a crosswalk to Hudson River Greenway off W11 and with an increase in park-users during the pandemic, the neighborhood would benefit from additional capacity close to the water/bikeway.

There used to be a docking station at the corner of 2nd Street and 4th Avenue. It was removed when the 4th Ave bike lane was put in, which doesn't make a lot of sense. It would be great to get the capacity back and to have a station in the parking lane protected the bike lane.

This stop could use more bikes. It's usually not well stocked and considering it's right in front of the hospital it would be great to have more for people needing easy transportation to Bellevue. I also always see extra bikes here that aren't docked which is frustrating because 1) you can't use those bikes and 2) they block docks so if it's too crowded there isn't room to dock.

i'm not suggesting you put a bike station at the Dyckman farmhouse. I'm suggesting you put one at the western end of Dyckman Street, in close proximity to a marina, an outdoor restaurant, a canoe club, and a major park as well as an exit ramp for the Hudson river Greenway. If Deichmann street was a choice in the drop down I would have chosen it and I wonder why it's not as this is such a logical place For a Citi Bike station.

This station, at the mouth of the Brooklyn Bridge, is one of the most used stations in downtown Manhattan. It is also very often completely full, especially during the morning rush hours. It should be at least doubled in size, and you should consider adding a valet during morning hours as well.
