Double parked cars in front of Memories Cafe. In the summer time, when there is Dining Out NYC, their tables and chairs block the parking spots and people park next to the cafe.
The south east corner has a curb cut from the stadium parking lot that is too close to the corner. The cars will bottle up at the corner waiting for the light to change while the north bound cars are trying to leave at the same time.
Need to fix the Neptune Avenue median between West 25th Street to West 31st Street. If they can replace them with biosewells in the median like they did in the Far Rockaway.
Double and triple-parked cars/delivery trucks blocking traffic.
This block needs a speed bump/hump. There is a high school and a library on the block. Many children cross in the middle of the street while cars are speeding down the block.
A speed bump/hump is needed at this location. There is a daycare center and a church at this location and many children cross the street instead of using the corner.
Hart Place ends at Cropsey. Extend it, same direction (south-west), towards Neptune Ave, one-way wide or make it a two-way, so people can get to Neptune from Cropsey by making a 45-degree turn onto the newly extended Hart Place. Look at the map - drivable road used to be there and was closed off for some reason. Yes, this project would mean 800 feet of new road between / along CubeSmart and West 20th and Neptune, but it'll save a lot of headache and aggravation for a lot of people. Drivers are mad because the Cropsey Ave businesses keep their cars double- and triple-parked. Extending Hart Place will ease the burden for the drivers.
Constant double parking near this "bakery."
