The illegal vendors have their merchandise that is a hazard to people and animals and obstructs the pedestrians on the sidewalk from walking. Also leave garbage and dump more garbage on a daily basis.

The light on Neptune Ave and W19 Street is unnecessary. It was recently installed when West bound traffic on Neptune was allowed to make a left turn on W19 Street. Shortly after intersection traffic light was installed, let turn from Neptune Ave to W19 street was CLOSED by dividers and double yellow line. Light was left there. Block between Cropsey and W19 is short and the right lane is always blocked by double parked cars. 5-7 cars can go through at the time which is holding the traffic on Cropsey Ave for cars that need to turn right and Neptune Ave cars to go straight. There are no pedestrians crossing Neptune Ave at W19&Neptune intersection whatsoever. If someone needs to cross the street it can be done at W20 or Cropsey Ave which are just 100 feet away.

Cars are double and triple parked 8AM to 8PM every day. Nobody is enforcing "No Standing Anytime" signs posted. Two right lanes are blocked preventing normal traffic flow. During peak hours south bound traffic on Cropsey Ave backed up for 2 blocks because of that.

There is a No Standing Anytime sign in front of 3118 Cropsey Ave. Cars are parked under the sign all the time, blocking right lane. During rush hours and during the day illegally parked cars cause traffic delays. Cars making right turn from Cropsey Ave to Neptune Ave must merge into 1 lane because 2nd lane is blocked.

Cars are double parked on Neptune Ave between Cropsey Ave and W20 Street blocking right lance and causing delays all the time. Other cars should go into the left lane or upcoming traffic to pass that area.

Neptune Ave west bound between Cropsey Ave and W19 Street. 1711 Neptune Ave. Cars are double parked all the time blocking "Bike Lane" and Right lane. Bikes should shift into the car lane for the next 2 blocks from Cropsey to W20. This is a safety issue. Cars making a right turn from Cropsey Ave to Neptune Ave should be able to turn into 2 lanes but because of a double parked cars should merge into 1 lance which is blocked sometimes as well by tow trucks effectively blocking all traffic and causing delay all the way to Cropsey & Hart Pl or Belt Parkway.

Body shops 3088 Cropsey Ave, 3100 Cropsey Ave, and 3118 Cropsey Ave park and DOUBLE park cars under NO STANDING ANYTIME sign. Those cars (including salvage) block right lane or 2 right lanes all the time under no standing anytime sign which is a safety hazard. All south bound cars on Cropsey Ave have to move to the 3rd & 4th lane. There were number of car accidents because of that as well as it causes a traffic delay during rush hours. Also Fire Hydrant in front of 3100 Cropsey Ave blocked by parked cars 24/7. This is a fire hazard.
