Brookville Boulevard Flood Mitigation Study

The Brookville Boulevard Flood Mitigation Study is a comprehensive feasibility study and alternatives analysis to address and mitigate flooding along Brookville Boulevard between 149th Avenue and Rockaway Boulevard, along the Queens/Nassau border.

Public Information Meeting

The New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) invites you to the first Public Information Session for the Brookville Boulevard “Snake Road” project. At the meeting, the project team will share information about the goals, timeline, and concepts being developed and studied to address roadway flooding in this area. An open house will follow the brief presentation, where participants will have the opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, and identify potential design features for inclusion in the project.
