this church is across the street from PS150 and close by to a park. the bikes could be racked up against the church for easy access and a not so crowded area.

Don't place stations under train crossings. Dark, always trash, pigeon poop
this small square across the street from PS11 would make a good place for citibike racks.
underneath the 7 line theres a small plaza where citibike racks could be installed for easy access off the 7 train line.
skillman ave has some street areas where there is no parking, where a few citibike stations can be installed i believe.

Near Q18 and Q66 bus, R/M subway. If MTA changes the routes this is set to be a major hub.
