This feedback map is for the 2023 Bronx Citi Bike expansion, which focuses on Bronx Community Boards 6 and 8. Neighborhoods in this area include Belmont, West Farms, Marble Hill, and Kingsbridge . Please read the "Feedback Map Instructions" page before adding comments to give our planners the most helpful feedback. Please add the markers/pins as close to an intersection as possible. If there is a marker/pin at your suggested intersection, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, you can also email your suggestions us at bikeshare@dot.nyc.gov.

Location Not Suitable for Citi Bike Station

Broadway - West 237 St - West 238 St

This is right by the Wendys drive way and could potentially be dangerous and interfere with pedestrians getting to the train stair entrance. A better place is near the rite aid on Broadway there is a large sidewalk area. Under the train on the island may not be large enough and there are a lot of pigeons which could be unsanitary.

Summit Pl - Heath Ave - Bailey Ave

A docking station would fit next to the entrance of the step streets. A new multi-family rental building is being built on this corner with ground floor retail.

Lots of space on the sidewalk for a docking station in front of the Kingsbridge Heights Community Center

Docking station adjacent to the Summit Street Steps. These steps are already on the three year capital plan for reconstruction and are very busy.

Cannon Pl - West 238 St - Cannon Pl

This would be a dangerous place for bikes and pedestrians. Pedestrians have a hard enough time in the winter in this area. Adding bikes would impact both pedestrians and cars in a negative way. Bikes would be better suited a block east on Sedgwick Ave and 238th on the East side of the street along the park.

Lots of space for a docking station at the top of the step street at West 231st Street. Adjacent to a school and main walking route east/west

The triangle at Bailey Place and Fort Independence Street is perfect for a dock
