This is right by the Wendys drive way and could potentially be dangerous and interfere with pedestrians getting to the train stair entrance. A better place is near the rite aid on Broadway there is a large sidewalk area. Under the train on the island may not be large enough and there are a lot of pigeons which could be unsanitary.
A docking station would fit next to the entrance of the step streets. A new multi-family rental building is being built on this corner with ground floor retail.

This would be a dangerous place for bikes and pedestrians. Pedestrians have a hard enough time in the winter in this area. Adding bikes would impact both pedestrians and cars in a negative way. Bikes would be better suited a block east on Sedgwick Ave and 238th on the East side of the street along the park.

The triangle at Bailey Place and Fort Independence Street is perfect for a dock
