Wide sidewalk area. Perfect spot between residential and key shopping area
There is a super wide sidewalk outside the Ideal, and the entrance to holy cross is another possibility.
The northwest corner of this intersection, though it's outside the boundary line and inside the park, would be the smartest and safest.

This area is already over congested, there's barely any parking.
To be honest I’m highly wary about having many bike posts along Flatbush at all due to traffic affecting the buses (public transportation). But since the reopening of the theater this particular section has been the worst during show times. The crowds and advertisement trucks near the theater needs to be better handled overall. In addition of Flatbush in general, parking and double parking especially at bus stops needs to be considered. I would avoid major avenues
There should definitely be a citi bike location closer to Prospect Park.
