The existing dock here needs to be expanded, its constantly full at night and empty during the day (weekends). Right next to a major sporting field, meaning a lot of users arrive and depart here via Citi Bike. We need more capacity here.
There should be a station at this intersection, but the side next to the McDonalds is not the best location as bikers would need to cross two streetlights and a consistently congested street to reach a bike lane.
Connects to the Bedford Ave bike lanes.
Good location for a station right next to the wall of a large store with no entrances or windows. Not a lot of foot traffic and a wide side walk.
This location is a must - right next to park entrance. Ideally the bikes would live on the Prospect Park entrance side of the intersection.
The block of Cortelyou Rd. around the Q station (between Marlborough and East 16th St.) is always a bottleneck, with people double-parking. What would work better: siting a bike station either one block east of there, on the north side to avoid the supermarket delivery trucks, or one block west.
Really would be helpful for connecting to other subways and for going north- also Snyder feels easier/safer to bike on than church Ave. We really need better options for transport in East Flatbush and this would be a game changer for us.
Would be helpful for going to the subway or up to neighborhoods like bedstuy/crown heights/bushwick. We really need more transportation options in East Flatbush
There's plenty of space adjacent to the cemetery here. Snyder ave and Albany aves here are a crucial artery to other parts of brooklyn by bike (Crown Heights, Bed Stuy, etc)
