Good Citi Bike Station location
Good Location for a Citi Bike Station
East 31 St - Church Ave - Snyder Ave

On the sidewalk of E 31st street close to church Ave. This is just a blank wall and there is ample space in the sidewalk for a dock

Good spot on Cortelyou

This is a major park entrance and it lacks a station, unlike the other entrances farther north. It is incredibly necessary.

We need more citibikes in PLG. The Parkside entrance is good but it won't be enough and will not be dedicated to just residents. This station on Bedford will be more residential.

This is another corner that needs to be clear for loading dock access to the kings theatre's loading dock. When the current 'NoStanding' zone on this corner is blocked, trucks and buses bringing equipment and artists to the kings aren't able to make this turn to get to the loading dock area.

In order for large vehicles, like tractor trailers and tour buses to get to the Kings Theatres loading dock, they have to be able to make this turn onto duryea from Flatbush. Adding a dock here would impede necessary access to the building's loading dock.

While directly in front of the kings theatre seems like a lovely idea, it would interfere with audience ingress and egress. There are often over a thousand people lined up on the sidewalk here to enter the venue. Around the corner on Tilden or Duryea would be far better.

Having citi bike directly adjacent to this shopping district, and the kings theatre would be amazing.

Connector - Albemarle Rd - Albemarle Rd

This spot is very close to the businesses on Church Ave, but located on Albemarle, a quiet and slow street. Most of Albemarle has a single lane in each direction (no street parking) and has a median in the center, making it impossible to add a CitiBike dock. However, there's a brief interruption in the median at this spot for no reason (it may predate the current medical building on the north side between Albemarle and Church?), which as seen in Street View is currently only used as illegal/obstructive street parking. This would be an ideal spot for a large CitiBike station to manage overflow from stations closer to Church for e.g. commuting residents instead of visitors to businesses on Church.
