Ideally located where cars are already prevented from parking/driving through
Not surprised, just disappointed that so many opponents of bicycle infrastructure and open streets think that their opinion is the only one that matters and ignore the fact that the majority of neighbors like the changes AND that the majority of people in the neighborhood don't own a car.
Y'all are turning this into a DOT map version of connect four here
Suitable
Open Street is the best place--but only in locations where parking has already been removed. The neighborhood cannot lose more street parking
Wide sidewalk in front of St. Joan of Arc. As much sidewalk space should be used as possible. Neighborhood cannot sustain more lost parking
With buses and firetrucks racing down 82nd Street (firehouse is on 82nd and Northern), it's too chaotic to add a bike hub. Tons of kids in the buildings and schools. And parking extremely limited--only on the east side of the street, south of school. When the west side of the street opens up for parking at 6pm, it instantly fills up. Open street has areas where parking has already been eliminated--bikes stations should go there. (I am a Citibike annual subscriber.)
Great area for bikes
Near the school and open streets is a good idea
