Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location

This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.

To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to SecureBikeParkingNYC@dot.nyc.gov.

This street has a designated bike lane and is a model for bike friendly infrastructure. Supporting bike storage on this street will further the mission! My name is Sam Kazman and my email is sbkazman@yahoo.com.

Ocean Ave - East Lake Drive - East Drive

I would like bike storage on Ocean Avenue. Almost every tree guard in the area has a bike locked to it (and it blocks sidewalk passage at times) so there is high demand.
