Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.

Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. Bike shed next to the citibike docks. We do not have room for multiple bikes in our apartment and have to rotate which one stays outside all the time, we have had a bike stolen.
Storage outside of 545 prospect Pl for normal street bicycles for year round— enclosure would be helpful. Many residents of 545 prospect place would like these to replace or add to the bike racks outside of the building which are often overcrowded, there is a consistent problem of stolen parts and damages.

Bike parking for the ferry is needed! Otherwise I have to drive to the ferry (might as well drive into the city) from the east bronx.
This location is at 1010 dean st. Where there is a gym where many people bike. It would be great to have secure bike parking at this location- so people do not lock up to trees.
Ample space and high demand for bicycle parking.
Bike parking at the zoo entrance please
The east bronx still doesn’t have metro north access. Secure bike parking at the closest metro north stops is essential!
Orchard beach is a perfect option for temporary secure bike parking.
Bronx residents would love a secure place to leave their bikes on Randall’s Island!
