Please help with this problem, (my bike got stolen outside, Citibike dock availability when you are done riding is often a problem especially in the summer, and dragging a bike up and down a walkup six flights is exhausting, subway is getting expensive every day to ride). Willing to pay a subscription for this for any affordable amount if you live in the city ($25 a month) so that it's available. If it's free there'll never be any spots to lock it up.

My bike was stolen 2 days ago from this spot. It was locked. The bar it was locked to was dismantled with large city tools. This was because there was no bike rack. So please, why doesn't the city first install a simple bike rack entrenched in the concrete properly. My bike lock was not breached. They broke the bar it was licked to. The police investigated the site and a report was filed. Please install bike racks.

Please start by installing basic bike racks. My bike was just stolen in this spot as the tudor city stairs on 1st avenue locked up to the fence. The fence was unbolted and my bike stolen on 4 May. Police report was filed with NYPD
