Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. Please add secure bike parking for cargo and ebikes, there are many neighbors who need this who do not have bike storage in their buildings and need a secure place to store their cargo bikes. Thank you!

So much EMPTY space under LIRR tracks - its begging for bike parking. Would be useful for LIRR or nearby A train
Please add secure bike parking right in the middle of the block on this street! My building makes me store it around the corner where cars hit it and it has previously gotten its wheel all bent, prompting devastating expensive bike repairs. Even a standard bike rack here would be fabulous; I've requested it before but to no avail. Lots of my neighbors bike and I live on a fourth floor walk up so it's very difficult to take my steel bike upstairs, and I worry about leaving it outside the few times a year I go on a trip. I would love if there could be an air pump there as well!
Please add secure bike parking here. I had my bike stolen twice. It would give me such peace of mind to be able to purchase another bike
