Hancock near Patchen would be very welcome. Multiple bike commuters here.

Not enough bike parking. Bikes end up being locked up to trees, bus stop seating, bus stop polls etc. The side walk in front of Burlington is wide and would provide enough room.

Put bike parking in vacant lots. There are so many of these around here that are just places for bad activity and rotting old trash. Turn them into something useful. Contact the owners and offer them a break on their back taxes if they turn the land over to the city for 30 year land use. These empty lots are a blight on the vibrant community that is bed stuy and should be used to help the people!

Lots of need for safe and secure bike parking here. All the buildings are old and there are no closets or places to put bikes, no access to basement or any storage areas. Climbing rickety old stairs with bike is impossible. landlord won't allow bikes to be locked out front and bikes would get stolen anyway. Really need a place to put bikes.
