Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.

Red Hook Library, P.S. 015, Red Hook West NYCHA houses, and Coffey Park all require secure bike parking located at or near this intersection.
Add somewhere on 113th/Manhattan as it is a throughway to Morningside Park, with a main ramp entrance across the street.
Please put bulky bike storage in this area, I know many families who have or want cargo bikes that would use it
Sunset Park Library and 53rd street station need secure bike parking.
There have been a lot of bicycle thefts in this area. Residents here need a safe space to store bikes.
Grand Central and other hubs could have a lot of secure bike parking, like an underground one for instance like in Europe. This will drastically reduce commute times as well as leisure, since on the week-ends especially it is sometimes hard to find a Citi Bike.
So many biking families in this area where subway is not accessible. A cargo bike storage feeding on to McGuinness' bike path would be ideal. This is a main cycling route going towards the Pulaski bridge and LIC or towards the green cycling path on Kent.
There's not a lot of bike parking in my neighborhood
Opposite the new Sothebys location where there is sufficient pavement area and/or street side space. This location will serve several day time traffic schools in the immediate vicinity (Hewitt , MAPCDS, Town School) and places of culture (Sotheby's) and centers of employment (Carlyle, Mark, Surrey hotels). Plus, all these residences.
