It would be great to have a secure bike parking hub under the bqe.
Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

Eastern areas of Greenpoint have high bike ridership but few secure spots to park.
This is right outside a public school with high bike ridership rates, and at a spot on the street where there’s already a bike rack and significant daylighting. Plus it’s easy to ride down the Driggs bike lane, and the neighborhood is somewhat far from the train, so would benefit from easier bike ridership.
Bike parking in the Bryant Park area during the workday would be much appreciated as nearby hubs Grand Central and Times Square are likely to get overcrowded.
there are so many people in this area with bikes that really need a secure space we could easily put multiple bike lockers here please
Any and all bike parking around Ft. Tilden would be helpful. Bikes are chained to fences or dragged onto the beach. We can show that NYC is a bike-to-the-beach kind of city!
would be ideal somewhere near here! three standard bikes for our house, regular use but we don't always ride to work or when it's icy or very rainy out. we use our bikes regularly though!
This would be an excellent spot for bike storage outside of Lenox Hill hospital, which would allow employees a safe place to store their bikes and scooters especially overnight. I have heard of multiple doctors (at least 3 different physicians!) getting their scooters stolen from the current bike racks, especially overnight.
need safe place for e bikes, does not fit in my apartment
I live nearby and we need somewhere secure for bikes we could use several stations here please!
