Church Ave (F/G) is a transit hub for the area, with nearby schools and multiple grocery stores. There are always quite a few bikes parked around this intersection. It would be great to have more secure parking for them.

The current bike racks are located in the back of Citi Field and can hold less than a dozen bikes. This area could use a protected Bike Parking that is closer to the main entrances of CitiField, and it will be close enough to seamlessly cross over to Flushing Meadow Park.
