Herald Square is already extremely crowded and borderline overrun with both pedestrians and cyclists. Do not place bike storage directly on the Square where it will be in the way. Place it on a lower traffic side street.

Please do not clutter up any space in or immediately around Grand Central with bike storage. Place it on a side street a few blocks east where it will be out of the way of the millions of pedestrians that commute and come to see to historic space.

Reuse this park, it's full of drunks, make useful place for parking bikes..enclosed if possible to prevent thefts with battery charging stations..
