Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

This area next to the rockaway ferry landing could really use a class 3 storage facility. The small group of bike racks is often always full. Upgrading the storage by this transport hub will greatly benefit the surrounding area.
This municipal parking lot is the perfect spot for a bike storage locker - right by Broadway subway station and city-owned. This prime site right by the subway should not just serve cars.
The university has zero bike storage within the grounds.
31st Ave Open Street would be a great place to have secure bike parking
