Surf Ave - West 8 St - West 10 St

Many bike down to Coney Island and the beach in the summer, but most have to leave their bikes chained to the boardwalk fence where they can be easily stolen. Plus, the bikes have to go on the boardwalk where they typically aren't allowed. This would help people biking to the Aquarium and beach.

Baruch College has outdoor bike docks which aren't very secure. Other CUNY schools have bike storage while Baruch doesn't, and it would help many to help store their bikes there.

Bike storage near the Utica Ave Station would be helpful for people who bike to the station and don't want to leave them out in the open all day. The sidewalk already has plenty of room to place the bike storage.
