Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

Selfishly I would love some street parking here because I'm a homeowner on this street, and there is ample street parking on this street but no good bike parking options.
Either Bowling Green Plaza or Battery Park would be a great place for secure bike parking with so many workplaces and transit services in the direct vicinity
This would be an ideal location for secure bike parking as it is across the street from an entrance to the subway station and close proximity to shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. Also, there is ample room on the median.
This seems like a great spot: near Rainey Park, near a bunch of residential neighborhoods, but also this is a light industrial / commercial street with not much traffic, where nobody will be bothered by bike parking. This particular corner is good because the building here has all their entrances on the other streets and so its a dead zone (I imagine thats why theres a Citi Bike dock here as well). Close to the costco for people shopping.

Parking for parents and students outside PS 165

Parking near the entrance of Riverbank State Park would be amazing, especially since bike riding isn't permitted inside of the park. Riverside Drive is a huge cycling corridor and the park attracts a ton of users on a regular basis.
This is close to a subway station entrance too, so I no longer have to bring my bike on the train while commuting.
