Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to SecureBikeParkingNYC@dot.nyc.gov.

Currently the WTC campus of buildings lacks sufficient on-demand biking for tenants including commuters. We would like to see the option of day-parking bikes (on-demand/ first come first served) without the need to request a spot on the building waitlist or the requirements of 5 days in office. Will additional secure spots opened up this will allow us to commute via bike from BK, NJ, QNS and Manhattan areas. A coordinated effort to expand bike parking between WTC campus/tenants and DOT would be appreciated as priority, but not required if parking needs to remain accessible to the general public. For security reasons if the parking needs to remain an X amount of space away from campus, that would suffice as well.
We have two bikes. Thanks
Secure bike storage on grand by Union would be immensely helpful.

Many commuters from North Brooklyn walk over the pulaski to take the 7 train. Others are too far for that option. Having secure bike parking here would open additional commute opportunities for those living in North BK, which can be somewhat of a transit desert.
There are a lot of cyclists in our neighborhood and not a lot of space in apartments!
Myrtle Wycoff would be a perfect location for bike parking. There's even a pedestrian plaza where you could put a bike locker!

Metro North riders would love secure bike parking!
