would be great to get charging here for deliveristas and others
Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to SecureBikeParkingNYC@dot.nyc.gov.
would be great to get charging here for deliveristas and others
Would be fantastic to have some cargo bike parking here- lots of commuters, including City Hall workers, come to this area with all kinds of bikes
Because people bike from the Bronx to this station then leave their bikes, it would be a great place for a charging station
Many families with cargo bikes in this area as well as proximity to school, park, and businesses.
same as for other comment near 207th station
Same as for other comments on this street
Same reason as for cargo bike storage
Secure bike parking, that can also accommodate cargo bikes, would be very well utilized around the MetroTech campus. There are many bike commuters, a lot of which are parents with long tail cargo bikes.
Same as for ebike comment- popular with families, quasi-dead end road adjacent to park- could accomodate lots of storage
This is a semi-dead end road near a cafe that is a very popular destination with area families--people also enter Inwood Hill Park here. It would be a great place for more bike infrastructure
