I and a few neighbors would start biking more if we had a place to park bikes that isn't the basement. Secure parking would be a plus but honestly a couple of those theta shaped racks would probably work too.

Near NYU dormitory's, making bikes more convenient for students. Also a heavily populated residential area between 5th Ave and University Place. Near Citi Bike Station with wide streets for bike parking.

I visit the park frequently on my cargo bike and have to roll it through the park and on to the grass, which I feel bad about! But there are no good bike racks near the park entrance
