Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location

This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.

To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to SecureBikeParkingNYC@dot.nyc.gov.

I live on 72nd and York but my building does not have bike storage. I have a road bike I keep in my apartment but would be so thrilled to use a short or long-term storage solution on my street. I see them all over London and Stockholm!

A secure place to have long term storage for a bike somewhere in chinatown would enable me to buy a bike. I currently don't own one for the sole reason that I have no place to keep it safely. I live in a small 5th floor walk up.
