7 Ave - 22 St - Brooklyn

There is an existing bike corral on the corner of 7th Ave and 22nd St. It is used consistently for long term bike storage with spaces rarely available. There is a truffle painted no parking area on the opposite corner of 22nd St. There is also a large Citibike station across from 22nd St adjacent to Greenwood Cemetery. Many people use bikes in this neighborhood, particularly using cargo bikes for transportation of kids. It would be great to have secure, weather protected bike storage in this area!

Jackson Ave - 50 Ave - Jackson Ave

A large category 3 bike hub would be ideal in this location. Thousands of residents in Greenpoint, which is a transit desert, rely on the 7 train to commute to Manhattan each day. Having somewhere to safely leave a bike during the work day would go a very long way toward improving accessibility for Greenpoint residents.
