Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location

This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.

To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

Pacific St - Nostrand Ave - New York Ave

Hopefully an Oonee secure bike parking structure finds its way to Crown Heights. I loved the pilot program both on Vanderbilt and at Grand Central. My building doesn’t offer bike parking, and my block has no bike racks, so my bike takes up a lot of space in my tiny studio, and I can’t get it in & out of the bldg when our elevator breaks down. Secure bike parking in my neighborhood would help me continue to get around without the current storage hurdles.
