Trucks regularly speed through this intersection and block the intersection that makes it dangerous for pedestrians AND causes severe traffic problems. It has gotten significantly worse since the light on Church & East 5th went in. Trucks should not be allowed on these road during rush hour traffic.
Trucks regularly block the intersection along the parade grounds. There are kids crossing this street regularly for games and activities. It is extremely dangerous to have trucks on this road.
This road IS WAY TOO NARROW for ALL trucks. There should just be local traffic - NO TRUCKS.
I may be misreading the map. but the proposed truck network changes (see the Brooklyn inset on Pg. 63 of the proposed Smart Truck Management Plan) appears to remove the highway as the truck route between 86th Street and approx. 65th Street, and replace it with 86th Street between the highway and 3rd Ave,
The bike lane on 20th leads directly to a dangerous truck route (trucks especially speed going down the hill)—McDonald Ave by Greenwood Cemetery should have a bike lane to prevent bike and truck conflicts
Trucks speed here to make the light, making this intersection incredibly dangerous (especially as it's right next to an elementary school)
Large trucks have trouble turning onto the truck route at Caton, blocking the entire intersection for cars, pedestrians, and cyclists
Not a truck route, yet large trucks consistently speed down this street
Saw a delivery driver get hit by a truck at this intersection
Significant truck congestion. Need pedestrian safety enhancements.
