Confusing Truck Route Signage: A Unclear or inaccurate posted truck route signage
Missing Truck Route Signage: A lack of adequate signage to help guide trucks to and along designated truck routes.
Poor network connection: Areas with inadequate truck route network connectivity, often leading truck drivers to deviate from designated truck routes.
Weight & Height Restrictions: Overweight and/ or over-dimensional trucks are often observed.
Limited Curb Access: Trucks observed blocking moving, bike, or bus lanes; or have limited access to curbs for loading and unloading purposes.
Narrow Roadway: Limitations by the physical characteristics of the street, such as narrow roadway
Difficult Truck Turn: Limitations by the physical characteristics of the street, such as sharp turns
Maintenance Needed: Substandard road conditions, such as potholes, uneven surfaces, or lack of maintenance.
Limited Truck Parking: Shortage of designated parking spaces for trucks.
Observed Bicyclist and Truck Conflict: Observed locations where multiple incidents of bicycle and truck conflicts occurred
Observed Pedestrian and Truck Conflict: Observed locations where multiple incidents of pedestrian and truck conflicts occurred
Speeding Truck: Locations where trucks are observed speeding along the street or intersection
Health and Environmental Impact: Locations with air quality, general health, and environmental concerns

A number of trucks attempt to turn right on 24th Street, thinking they can go to the Queensboro Bridge upper level. Well, the street is narrow and - as you can see from the bent street signs in the neighborhood - many aren't able to make an illegal turn onto Queens Plaza South.
Lots of trucks double parked unloading. There needs to be a truck loading zone
Trucks unloading at the grocery store here can’t access the curb because it’s all used for car parking. The trucks block an entire lane of traffic nearly all day. There should be a truck loading zone here.
City employees with placards routinely illegally park in the truck loading only zone here. The trucks have to double park and fill up half the westbound lane. Get the illegal parking under control!
I have often seen large trucks hung up on this turn--very tight! Something needs to be done.
DOT is considering making First Avenue one way. How will this effect the truck route?
I frequently observe over-length trucks traveling on Flatbush Avenue, often food delivery trucks, sometimes McDonald's or Donut shop branded trucks.
Harrowing location for truck and cyclist conflict. Cement trucks ALWAYS parked in the bike lane here. Bike lane needs hardened protection.
Please lower the speed limit. Truck are flying down Atlantic Ave.
Oversize trucks on residential streets 24 hours a day.
