Impossible to cross street because trucks block the view, have nearly been hit multiple times
Because of the mechanics shop on the corner this intersection and street are extremely narrow for any kind of truck traffic, while also being pretty much the only option if you need to go onto Kingsland from Debevoise after you've passed Richardson.

Trucks right from Church Ave to go south on Coney Island Ave regularly drive up onto the sidewalk, taking out traffic lights, walk signals, bus stop signs, and causing dangerous chaos for this busy street corner that has multiple bus stops and a popular pizzeria. Trucks speed through and make crazy turns.
Vandervoort needs red cameras so many trucks running lights and with deliveries unloading for businesses it’s becoming more of a nightmare.
This is a narrow road often lined with school busses for the elementary and middle school. Large trucks trying to pass cause an increase in danger to oncoming traffic and schoolchildren

The new design for traffic to turn from Vandervoort onto meeker is ridiculous.
