Confusing Truck Route Signage: A Unclear or inaccurate posted truck route signage
Missing Truck Route Signage: A lack of adequate signage to help guide trucks to and along designated truck routes.
Poor network connection: Areas with inadequate truck route network connectivity, often leading truck drivers to deviate from designated truck routes.
Weight & Height Restrictions: Overweight and/ or over-dimensional trucks are often observed.
Limited Curb Access: Trucks observed blocking moving, bike, or bus lanes; or have limited access to curbs for loading and unloading purposes.
Narrow Roadway: Limitations by the physical characteristics of the street, such as narrow roadway
Difficult Truck Turn: Limitations by the physical characteristics of the street, such as sharp turns
Maintenance Needed: Substandard road conditions, such as potholes, uneven surfaces, or lack of maintenance.
Limited Truck Parking: Shortage of designated parking spaces for trucks.
Observed Bicyclist and Truck Conflict: Observed locations where multiple incidents of bicycle and truck conflicts occurred

Speeding Truck: Locations where trucks are observed speeding along the street or intersection

Horrible intersection that is constantly blocked by turning trucks or trucks trying to beat the light which ends up causing a gridlock and blocked pedestrian crossings. With the new construction on metropolitan ave & bushwick corner the lanes are too tight as the construction is taking up so much street room.
Trucks constantly speed on metropolitan and honk and disturb the peace
Trucks regularly block this intersection. They regularly run red lights here. This has become an increasingly residential area with a large apt building on the corner & another large one almost completed on Metropolitan and Bushwick Ave one short block away.
Island Transportation/Alternative Fuels and other gas trucks are some of the WORST offenders - speeding, honking, blowing through red lights, going down residential streets, you name it.
This street is a mess. Wide and totally unused sidewalks narrow the route, discouraging trucks from using it - instead they go on residential streets. Narrow turn to Cherry Street (full of illegally parked and abandoned trucks) makes it difficult for trucks to get to BQE.
Truck route signage does not clearly indicate that Apollo is not a truck route.
Flashing yellow left turn light for traffic from Vandervoort to Meeker conflicts with southbound green light on Apollo, producing endless honking and dangerous "near misses." This light needs to be reprogrammed.
Illegal truck traffic of all sorts on Apollo St. Speeding/honking on a residential street Island Transportation is the worst offender but there are many many others. Signage is missing and enforcement is necessary.
Speeding trucks. Idling trucks. Close to a school.
Many trucks drive recklessly through this area
