Leonard becomes very wide here. Angled cars can't see bikes either. The extra space should have a protected bike lane instead.
Welcome to the Grand St and Metropolitan Ave Feedback Portal!
Use the feedback map to share your vision for each corridor. Where do you want to see specific improvements for pedestrians, bus riders, cyclists and businesses?
NYC DOT will incorporate your comments into subsequent phases of the project.

Leonard becomes very wide here. We need daylighting to shorten the distance.
Sidewalks on Lorimer between Grand + Metropolitan are very narrow
The B48 stops 6 times in this study area of only 8 blocks N-S. They should be consolidated
Vehicles, especially large trucks, regularly block the box here forcing buses and everyone else to be delayed.
There is no crosswalk or bike crossing on Borinquen and South 3rd St. Despite that I see people including young families take it every single day, hoping that cars aren't speeding that badly.
These bike lanes aren't even protected. This is a four lane truck route. Incredibly unsafe conditions!
The bike lane is merely a suggestion down here. Too many auto repair shops treat the bike lane and street as their private property. Even if they leave a gap for bikes you're forced through tight squeezes between box trucks.
Missing crosswalk at Jackson+Graham. Plenty of cars speed giving pedestrians no time to cross.
Removing parking around Macri Triangle could help expand the park and add much needed seating for all the food trucks here.
