Cars often block the crosswalks here—traffic from the BQE is too fast and makes crossing anywhere on Humboldt dangerous. Motorists almost never stop at stop signs.
Because of the BQE exit on Humboldt St., there are many large trucks and commercial vehicles speeding down this street. It could use traffic calming or automated cameras to prevent trucks rat-running.
This crosswalk is not very safe for pedestrians; cars go very fast here and often blow the light.
Need a crosswalk across metropolitan here
Got doored here once while on my bike. Need to have some kind of separated bike lane here so that I won't die from people not paying attention
When cycling on this stretch of Leonard between BQE and Grand, I feel like I have to be extra careful of cars veering / swerving in the unprotected bike lane. Some protection would go a long way to prevent distracted drivers from accidentally clipping a rider
