Coffey St - Van Brunt St - Conover St

The cobblestone street here is not fit for freights barreling down it at 40 MPH. It wrecks the already pot-holed road and is a danger to the residents of this street. It is already marked with a no truck sign on Conover and Coffey, but this doesn't stop these huge freights from plowing through, not to mention the incredible banging noise this makes at all hours. Perhaps a camera to hold them accountable?
