No this is too close to the entrances for the belt

This restaurant causes so much double parking. This intersection is already chaotic enough. A Citi bike here would be terrible

Location Not Suitable for Citi Bike Station
86 St - Narrows Ave - Colonial Rd

No place near fort Hamilton HS, 86th street, 84th street, shore road, narrows avenue or colonial road is safe for any pedestrian let alone a bike. Until the NYPD and local government (Brannan, Gounardis) can get the reckless driving under control here, no one is safe.

Great spot to grab a bike to go to the ferry.

There should be several points along Shore Road so people can take the bike down to the ferry.

should be several areas along Shore Road where people can grab a bike and bike down to either the Bay Ridge ferry or the Sunset Park ferry (to catch the Rockaway boat)

Connectivity to the station means many people can take the bike to inner less connected homes and drop it off at a station nearby instead of doing the long walk

This entire block is absolutely unsafe during school drop off and pick up as it is. Adding a city bike station to increase bike traffic will cause more stress for parents of little kids and unsafe walking conditions for children. Not a good spot. Stick to the commercial corridors or all the way by shore road which would be out of the way. I also doubt the apartment buildings on this block would be happy with looking for parking for an even longer amount of time.
