Good Citi Bike Station location
Good Location for a Citi Bike Station
5 Ave - 94 St - 4 Ave

The triangle park is pretty and I have always hated that we in the neighborhood are blocked from using it. OPEN THE PARK. KEEP THE TRIANGLE PARK. PUT THE BIKES NEAR THE R train station, however OPEN AND KEEP THE TRIANGLE PARK for us to be able to enjoy.

The entire block on 4th avenue between 94th street and 95th street is used by two bus stops. Take the B8 stop and combine it with the B63 stop mid block in front of Hunters steakhouse and set up Citibike in front of the Public Library.

Near lots of apartments and park. Would be useful for getting to 3rd and 5th avenues and 86th St. shopping, which is a long walk and the bus is not frequent or reliable enough.

Don’t put the citibike in the park or on the sidewalk. You must put them in the street, especially on Shore Rd. Many more people would use these bus stops, but they don’t live within walking distance. Put the Bikes here so they have the means to get here.

there should be citibikes up and down 3rd Ave - while you’re adding bike stations, please add loading zones for the box trucks, there’s a lack of dedicated parking for them. Every commercial streets, or restaurant areas should have citibikes - making it easier to get to these places in Bay Ridge without a car will make the venues more attractive, just look at the popularity of summer stroll. There aren’t enough buses going up and down 3rd Ave. the B37 only runs 3x hour and it’s often bunched or delayed by the time the get here. MTA does not serve the area well enough.

suggesting Citibike placement here to reduce illegal parking is a good solution. Remove on street parking spaces and give it back to CitiBike. Place Citibike stations on the street. Bay Ridge is a walking town. But our sidewalks are too narrow and filled with obstacles like illegally parked cars. Don’t place more obstacles on the sidewalk that the elderly and mobility challenged have to navigate around.
