Even though it makes sense to colocate bike docks near subway stops, this particular stretch of 4th Avenue has insane drivers and would not be a safe location for bikers to embark/ disembark.

This stretch of 3rd Avenue is a traffic nightmare and adding Citibike here would probably result in someone getting hurt. I actually can’t think of anywhere on 3rd that would be a good location. Lots of other options in the neighborhood.
This is a quiet block and would be a relatively safe place to locate bikes for Fort Hamilton students, who otherwise have a very long walk or crowded bus ride from subway to school. Ideal if bikes can be placed on sidewalk so as not to reduce available parking for school staff and local residents.
Anywhere around shore road and 4th by the parks would be a great spot.
No-brainer location making local ferry stop way more accessible.
Perfect Spot we love citi bike
Lots of space in this intersection here and would provide more transportation options to very residential area.
Bay ridge area near Bay ridge Avenue (69th st) and 68th st has extremely limited parking spaces. Within five blocks we have 4 schools and a new school in the process of being built. As well as NYU Facility. None have parking areas. As is bike lanes have been disruptive due to alternate side parking. these citibikes should be located near a park areas.
NO CITIBIKE TAKING UP PARKING SPOTS! FIND WIDE SIDEWALKS!!!! PUT THEM BY THE LIBRARY! WIDER SIDEWALKS!
