A bad place for a bike station, as it is nearby a playground, with lots of kids walking nearby. The added traffic of bikes could prove dangerous.

An ideal place to have a station. Nearby the ferry, so commuters can get off the boat and take the bikes along the promenade bike lane. Also, would not impact parking for locals, since you can’t park along the pier anyway.

This would be a great location for a citibike station. It is on the edge of a large park that has space for a citibike station without losing access to green space; the location would give bikers easy access to Shore Road Greenway; and the dock would not displace too many parking spots.
