Street docks here would be better of use for our public streets than letting these restaurants use Fourth Ave as a private Valet parking lot in the evenings (looking at you, Arirang).

A spot next to lots of recreational acitivities (Senior Center, tennis/pickleball courts, community garden, etc.) would be a great location for the citiBike stations.
