Citibike stations not suitable here for IN STREET placement. Large Supermarket, small supermarket, and local food truck need the road space for deliveries and to conduct business.

Good spot for bike station, across the street from grocery store, wide sidewalk, access to sunset park available, good connection to bus service. NOTE ONLY ON EAST SIDE OF 5th AVENUE is good location at this pin.
Bad Location for bike station. Large supermarket here with no off-street loading zone. Frontage on 5th avenue and on 47th street are perpetually parked up with trucks. If station installed here, it will further aggravate double parking issues on 5th and slow bus service. Multiple supermarkets on 5th avenue here. To be avoided at all costs.
Good place for citibike. By major destination at sunset park high and 36th street subway station. wide sidewalks here, parking spaces already reserved for D.O.E. use, will not miss one or two spot losses.
Good spot for citibike, wide sidewalk, with access to Manhattan express buses across the street. Waterfront greenway connection 1 block away via leif ericson park
Street is already closed to traffic, near major destination at Lutheran Hospital. Needs to have bike lanes connecting it to main 4th avenue bikeway
Bad idea all around!!! Sunset Park is already congested w/ traffic, no parking spots, displacement, dirty 5th ave and especially 8th Ave!!
Somewhere near the Army Terminal & Ferry terminal would be great.
West side of 1st Ave near the entry to Bush Terminal Park would be a great location.
36th St East of 4th Ave would be a good spot. It is on the 4th Ave bike route and links with the 36th St subway and is near a Greenwood Cemetery entry. 36th St has less traffic than 4th Ave, so may be safer, and would be out of the way of heavy pedestrian flows around the subway entrances.
