I echo another comment in that placing a CitiBike dock near Greenwood Cemetary would be helpful. However, I think that placing one along a somewhat elevated section of 5th Avenue could be a deterrent. 20th Street is fairly calm in this section and much flatter. Additionally, the roads surrounding this part of Greenwood Cemetary all slope downward towards Sunset Park or Fort Hamilton Parkway, it may encourage cyclists to head that way.
