7th ave and Union is the commercial hub of north Slope...need more capacity there. Maybe place a new dock by President or Carroll since Berkeley has one, and the usage is over-the-top!

riding a bike to Gantry can be dicey due to the lack of empty docks in the area and especially close to the park
