The Naval Cemetery is rightfully marketed as a worthwhile stop on the Greenway. A small dock here would allow cyclists to safely visit this green space and then continue further on the Greenway.
The NYC Ferry and Governors Island Ferry landings at this location have substantial sidewalk space for the addition of a dock. Both landings are relatively far from mass transit and a dock location here would immediately attract usage.
Virtually unused sidewalk next to heavily trafficked John Jay park and Pavilion rental building (large enough to have its own zip code). A dock in this vicinity would serve a large number of happy customers.
I second the comment on adding a dock to access the Naval cemetery.
The area around the UN buildings needs more bikes, especially in the evenings.
Other park exit
Somewhere nearer Lowe’s/Home Depot
Why the hell would you remove the CitiBike location on 39th and 2nd ave?? What a joke of a company. Fix this ASAP as so many people depended on it.
This side of park is underserved
