It would be nice to have a rack right next to/in front of the Central Brooklyn Library.

Need station closer to B/Q subway - put as far south as possible!

Livingston St - Boerum Pl - Smith St

Smith St has a lot of cyclists using it to get to Brooklyn/Manhattan bridge. Would also be good to get more docks close to the Fulton St commercial corridor where there is a lot of shopping and bus/train connections.

There are tennis courts here and it's right on the east side greenway - oftentimes see people holding onto citi bikes while on a bench, playing tennis, etc.
