A stop here is perfect for this amenity and provides access for the >1 mile distance between Division/Kent in and Washington Ave
There is no citibike dock on the south side of the Queensboro subway station. Crossing over the busy Queens plaza South and North streets to the dock on the north side takes a lot of time due to heavy traffic and many odd crosswalks. This location is also convenient because it is at a bus terminal for a number of Queens busses and is also near to the Queens Plaza station as well. There is no other citibike dock near by! The closest is about a 8-10 min walk away. A dock here would make biking more accessible to subway riders and especially people bussing into/out of LIC
Many people are coming/going from the cliffs climbing gym all day and the closest existing citibike docks are several blocks away and often full or almost at capacity. Rock climbers tend to be active so citibike option would be great for people looking for a convenient way to go to/from the gym. There is plenty of sidewalk space and a newly added bike path on the street as well! It would be a perfect dock location.
this is a great place to pedestrianize the street and add a big dock
Every dock in this area is always full. It makes It makes it almost impossible to bike to this area, only from. An additional station in the area might help releive the congestion
This is an increasingly popular area on the west side - it would support park-goers, Little Island visitors, Chelsea Piers patrons etc. The closest stations on the water-side of the west side highway are pier 79 and pier 40. Anywhere near pier 60 would be an exact midpoint between these two, and would support so many people who use the public and private spaces along the west side
This is a pretty large gap in the system. Station would work well here.
Residents of the Coop need a station. We have a lot of users that live here and having one right at our doorstep would be great,
This station should be larger, there are often very few bikes available here.
