A bike station should be placed here because it would help to improve traffic flow for Staten Islanders coming into Manhattan. World Trade Center is a nearby attraction.

Bed stuy lacks citi bikes and would reallt benefit from having more. Most of the time I would like to use citi bikes as I would like to make one-way journeys but there are not enough so often I end up using my own bike

This will improve traffic flow on the interstate and get more Staten Islanders to take the Staten Island Ferry to get to Manhattan rather than drive. It adds a more instantly available environmentally friendly mode of transportation for Staten Islanders coming into Manhattan.
