A Chelsea Piers station would be used by so many and it would seem there is plenty of space.

I think that a bike station should be placed here because it would help to decrease 2nd degree murders against federal government employees by adding more witnesses to keep such murderers accountable and to help those who have the motivation to murder a federal government official to burn off the raging energy that they may be feeling inside, and ultimately help them find a new perspective

This particular area is the orthocenter of a triangle of buildings owned by the federal government. A bike station here could potentially decrease the amount of 2nd degree murders committed against federal government employees by creating a central area between each building which in turn would create more witnesses in the area to lookout for violent attacks against federal government employees that ultimately leads to 2nd degree murders so that New Yorkers can keep such murderers accountable for their actions. It would also help to have a bike station in this particular area because it would help those who may feel motivated to commit the heinous act of murder against federal government employees to 'burn off that energy' so to speak.

Bed stuy lacks citi bikes and would reallt benefit from having more. Most of the time I would like to use citi bikes as I would like to make one-way journeys but there are not enough so often I end up using my own bike

This will improve traffic flow on the interstate and get more Staten Islanders to take the Staten Island Ferry to get to Manhattan rather than drive. It adds a more instantly available environmentally friendly mode of transportation for Staten Islanders coming into Manhattan.

A bike station here would help to improve traffic flow on the interstate for Brooklynites and Manhattanites coming into Staten Island. Red Hook Park is a nearby attraction.
