infill in dense area would encourage usage. nearest rack is very often completely empty. second nearest rack is very often completely full. rack in between would probably help balance and encourage use.

Bedford Ave - Taylor St - Wilson St

It's absurd not having any Citibike stations in south Williamsburg. It creates a huge dead zone and makes it very inconvenient to go anywhere in this area by bike.
